RETURNS
First, thank you for your order. We truly appreciate your business. We also realize that when ordering shoes online, even with the most careful measuring of feet, it just doesn't work out from time to time, and you need to return or exchange your shoes. Items purchased on duckfeetcanada.com may be returned within 21 days of delivery. During the winter holiday season, this period is extended.

QUESTIONS ABOUT SIZING
European sizing can be a challenge if you have never worn a pair of European shoes before. We highly recommend, you check out our Fit Guide, and should you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@duckfeetcanada.com, and we'll be happy to assist.

WEAR POLICY
We can only accept shoes, that are in new, resellable condition. The following will impact whether we can receive your return:

  • Dirty soles
  • Creasing of the leather

Items received with wear will incur a 20% restocking fee, and items received with excessive wear cannot be received and will be returned to the customer and will incur a $15 shipping fee.

Please note that crepe soles mark and soil easily, so when trying on your new shoes, try them on a soft surface like indoor carpet or rug, or the tissue paper included in the shoebox.

When shipping your product back to us, please include tags and shoebox as part of your return, as they are part of the product.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please contact us either by calling toll free (844) 448-2339 or email us at hello@duckfeetcanada.com to start the process.

Items returned for a refund is subject to a $15 fee, which covers return shipping. Items being returned for an exchange ship for free.

For refunds, please allow for 10 days for processing and issuance upon receipt of your return at our warehouse.
